These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, quotations, orders, agreements and deliveries made through BalkanBrand.

Any deviations from these Terms shall only apply if agreed upon in writing by BalkanBrand.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid.

To place an order, you must:

have permission from your parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Products

We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately.

However:

colours may appear differently depending on your monitor or device;
images are for illustration purposes;
slight variations in colour, placement, size or finishing may occur;
measurements shown are approximate.

These variations shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, BalkanBrand reserves the right to:

cancel the order;
partially fulfil the order;
offer an alternative product;
issue a full or partial refund.

Prices

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Euros (€).

Where applicable, prices include VAT in accordance with the customer's shipping destination and applicable tax legislation.

Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes and other applicable charges are calculated separately unless expressly stated otherwise.

BalkanBrand reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

If an obvious pricing error has occurred, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payment

Payment must be received before production or shipment begins.

BalkanBrand never stores complete payment card details on its own servers.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.

This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A binding sales agreement is only formed once your order has been accepted and dispatched.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

BalkanBrand reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order, including but not limited to situations involving:

suspected fraud;
unauthorized transactions;
pricing errors;
product availability issues;
payment verification problems;
violation of these Terms and Conditions;
suspected commercial resale without permission;
orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

If payment has already been received, any applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

shipping addresses are correct;
billing information is correct;
contact information remains up to date.

BalkanBrand cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate address changes, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once order processing has begun.

Shipping and Delivery

BalkanBrand ships worldwide where shipping services are available.

Orders are normally processed within 5–10 business days after payment has been successfully received, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times provided on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

customs inspections;
weather conditions;
transport disruptions;
peak holiday periods;
carrier delays;
strikes;
supplier delays;
force majeure events.

BalkanBrand shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Shipping Partners

Orders may be delivered using one or more trusted shipping providers, including but not limited to:

DHL
FedEx
UPS
PostNL
B2C Europe
Maersk
and other logistics partners depending on the destination country.

The shipping carrier is selected by BalkanBrand based on the destination, shipping method and operational requirements.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, your order may be subject to:

customs duties;
import taxes;
VAT;
brokerage fees;
local government charges.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

BalkanBrand has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Failure to pay customs duties or refusal to accept delivery shall not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

If a shipment is returned to us because customs charges were refused, refused by the recipient, or the shipment was unclaimed, any refund may be reduced by:

return shipping costs;
customs charges;
carrier handling fees;
administrative costs.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct.

Returns

Returns are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Approved returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service.

Customers are required to provide BalkanBrand with the tracking number or tracking link after dispatching the return shipment.

Until the returned package has been successfully delivered to our return address, it remains the responsibility of the customer.

BalkanBrand cannot accept responsibility for return shipments that are lost or damaged during transit.

Exchanges

BalkanBrand does not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive another size or product, you must return your original purchase in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

You may then place a new order for your preferred size or product.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours after placing the order.

Although we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests received after this period, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production, processing or shipment has started.

If an order has already entered production or has been shipped, it may no longer be cancelled and will instead fall under our Returns & Refund Policy.

Warranty and Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately after receiving your order.

Where appropriate, BalkanBrand may request photographs or additional information in order to investigate the issue.

If the claim is approved, BalkanBrand will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

replacement of the product;
repair where applicable;
partial refund;
full refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

All content available on this website, including but not limited to:

logos;
trademarks;
product names;
product designs;
photographs;
graphics;
videos;
text;
artwork;
website design;
source code;
digital downloads;
and all other intellectual property,

is owned by BalkanBrand or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, sold or otherwise used without the prior written consent of BalkanBrand.
